Founded by Chloé de Bailliencourt, Arsène et les Pipelettes began with a love of drawing, imagining and creating clothes. After initially designing for children and babies, Chloé launched the brand’s first womenswear collection in 2018, bringing her distinctive eye for colour, print and beautifully considered design to women’s fashion.
